Recruitment Process in campany may be defined as recruiting for the vacant positions with the candidates having the most appropriate technical and behavioral features to satisfy the compliance with the policies, targets and culture of the company.
The authorized representative of the Human Resources department conducts the initial interview to asses the competence of the candidate and if the candidate proves to be satisfactorythen he/she is invited to meet with the administrator of the unit that requested the recruitment. The candidate/s found to be satisfactory in both interviews is/are than assessed as eligible for recruitment and will be offered the position.
Job applications to Özoğuz İnşaat can be done via one of the following : mail or e-mail, by the recommendation of a Özoğuz employee, or by a visit to Human Resources Department. The applications are then classified and recorded into Human Resources .
